Kate's wearing Canadian colors in her cute ensemble: she recycled her white Issa dress that she wore in the official photos shot by Mario Testino, topped with a red maple leaf fascinator designed by Sylvia Fletcher at Lock & Co and accessorized with red pumps and a sweet clutch from Anya Hindmarch.
